I thought this app had good prices but the tour I booked in the Dominican Republic was not great and then I couldn’t even leave an appropriate review of it on this app. I probably would not book from here again .

This app helped me out a lot in Italy. It helped me find things to did for free or super cheap.

Nunca llegaron ! No avisaron que cancelarían, nos quedamos esperando por más de media hora. Incluso se llegó 20 minutos antes de la hora y nunca llegaron.

Envían correo electrónico con un número de reserva erróneo porque no se encuentra en la aplicación. Es imposible entonces cancelar luego de que ya han cobrado

I had excellent tours in Spain and Portugal, except for Toledo with VPT. Bordeaux tours were hit and miss. UK tours were excellent also, especially with Rabbie’s. One tour in Amsterdam, last tour mind you, awful. When I arrived, Carlos, the guide told me, not asked me, that I’m doing the tour in Spanish. I paid for a tour in English. I’m doing the English tour. And this bus is crammed with people. The seats are uncomfortable. I thorough you were a reputable company. Naturanda in Seville was great. Julia in Madrid too. More quality control is needed.

Booked a day trip to the beach and it was nothing short of amazing! The hosts arrived directly on time to the house we were staying at during our trip. I felt very safe and secure while on this tour. Upon arriving to the beach, the hosts informed us where to go and which restaurants were near just in case we decided to leave the beach early. The beach was one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and clean. I can’t wait to come back and book this same tour again one day.

We had a “free” walking tour to Toledo and we were exactly 2 min past the time… we told the guide when we were literally 200 m from the expected location and we were never able to see him/ her. The plaza was full with all the groups but not ours. Obviously that was not the best experience
