Couldn’t add my Delta Skymiles number until the day of the flight. 90% of the time the app fails to load the flight information and just shows a plane flying indefinitely. Very difficult to check in using the App. Flight deals, promotions and flight notifications are all combined under 1 button and the app constantly spam about flight deals and promotions with no way to disable them as the button does not work.

Would not let me cancel my flight within 24hrs even though the ticket was purchased from the US. (Origin/destination must be the US). Would not let me correct my honest mistake.

Sorry error that only i got trying to find my reservation and spent 15 minutes

I tried to chk in multiple times , maybe more than 10x - keep saying theres an error .

It keeps showing some error with my country code - phone (which I selected from the options provided).

The app has glitches. It seems to randomly accept data, this is not an internet connection issue.

Muy fácil realizar checking reservas revisar información adicional, sólo mejoraría la velocidad de ejecución de la app.

I couldn’t add my rewards program number. It would just load with the stupid little plane going up and down and then go back to the reservations main page. However I was able to check in online which I often have through Lea with on other airlines apps so we’ll done on that.
