Clarity Mobile provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare plans and other tax favored benefit accounts.  

Clarity Mobile provides the following functionality:
• Account balances and details
• Upload Claims and Submit Receipts
• Recent Transactions and Details
• View all email and SMS alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Stronger Authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and Challenge questions)
• View Profile Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Register new users directly from mobile device
• Ability to edit billing address *
• Ability to update billing address *
• Ability to report card lost stolen *
• Ability to order replacement card *
• Ability to attach provider name to newly submitted claims *
• Ability to pay provider directly from app *

It’s so sad that lately 
I been getting my funds extremely late . 
When you call and speak to a live person they all have a different story to why I haven’t received my funds. 
I work hard for my money and I should receive it as I should . The runaround and not having anyone reply to any of my emails is ridiculous! 
It took me almost 
3 weeks to receive my funds for the month of April after so many calls and emails . 
They need to do better and address the situation accordingly . The back n forth with them is mentally exhausting . 
They need to get it together and be honest when asked questions!!

Expense categories are unclear and app is giving me error message logging in.  My expense submissions take about a week for a receipt response.  You can already tell how poorly the departments are run in the background.  There is no clarity since it takes a long time after faceid before it shows internal server error and you can’t login.  Extremely inconsistent app.  Companies deserve much better than this.

Login is different from Clarity portal online. The app has reset its login and every few months I have to reset everything to log in. You can’t get in contact with Clarity through the phone or their chat. A great example of what is wrong with our healthcare and benefits as they continue to take money out of my paycheck that I cannot access due to poor app/website/customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars
