Waste
After an update last week I can’t get into my app. I enter in my email and password, and get a message “ Your password needs updating”. I’m taken to a screen that says enter old password and there is a spot for a new password and a spot to confirm the new password. I enter all this info and the receiver a message of “Server Problem” I can then click on Need Help which gives me a code and phone number. I called the number, they did not help me at all. It’s frustrating when you count on an app to track your cycle and it’s been malfunctioning for over a week. Additionally when customer service only takes your email and no other info it does not give me confidence that I will ever hear back. I don’t want to uninstall for fear of losing 2+ years of data. It would be great to be contacted by someone who can help!
Worked well, had a sync issue but that was easily fixed. Best of luck to you blessed folk out there, and enjoii the ride. It’s gotta be an amazing thing to have a child in such good times globally, probably the best time ever if our recorded history is accurate. Its nothing short of a miracle though to bring someone with intent into this life we share. Your gonna do great, when it really comes down to the wire, people are amazing miraculous creatures after all.
Won’t connect to holder…
I was hopeful that the amount of money I spent on the kit that would work until I at least ran out of testers, but I guessed wrong! Don’t waste your money!
First, Bluetooth stick device can only sync to one device once and that's it. So if you get a new phone, plan on buying another device and they aren't cheap! I also had one device just stop working. But this review is specifically for the app, not the device. The app isn't much better. 1) You cannot edited past cycles which is not acceptable. I accidentally noted my period starting on one day, only to realize I entered the date wrong. The app would not let me edit it. I keep getting an error message that said "you cannot edited past cycles". Really? But my period is an important factor for fertility tracking. Now that info is incorrect and you'll be doing your algorithms with incorrect info. 2) The device will shut down for three days once it reads your peak LH. For true ovulation testing you need to be able to confirm that you've ovulated by continuing to test until your LH falls. This is extremely important and this app won't enter in all the data and there's no manual input for this kind of data. Just because your LH peaks doesn't mean you're going to ovulated within 24 hours. Last cycle my LH was peaked for five days. 3) I'm very surprised at the lack of detail recordings here. Do not expect to enter any information other than period flow, spotting, sex and pregnancy test. Cannot record BBT, cervical mucus, "PMS" symptoms, pregnancy symptoms, cramps, best tenderness, etc. You will need a separate app for that. A lot of these things tie in with ovulation but according to ClearBlue you don't need to track them. 4) Currently my LH had been high for 3 days but the app is still saying "we think it's too early for you to be testing". Clearly it's not too early! 5) There's no way to incorporate a miscarriage. The best I could do was enter the miscarriage as a two week long period. But then the app just adjusts itself. 6) Like 80% of the women in the world, my period is not a regular 28 days. I often have cycles that go 50-60 days. While I'm working with doctors to correct this, this app just assumes that I've forgotten to enter my period and tells me I've already ovulated this cycle. I already know that I ovulate pretty regularly, just no period. So I have to supplement with other OTC LH sticks. Tracking my LH shouldn't be as difficult as this app makes it!
It’s annoying. The holder works fine and the app is really basic but if you forget to update you can’t go back and add information. So it changes your information. Being able to go back and add stuff would be super helpful.
Love that I can easily track everything with a app especially with ttc being so crazy. Also love how easy it is to read with the smiley faces. Only thing I wish is that the quality of the test was a bit better I only seem to hit peak days and don’t get any high days. Also the price is high for the product. For that much money wish some pregnancy test came with it. Lastly wish the app had a spot to share pregnancy test results with others.
This app needs some serious updates.... If you forget to log your period one day, the app refuses to let you go back and edit/enter a day?! So now it thinks my cycle count is all out of whack. Considering this app’s entire purpose is to track these types of things, you would think it would be more user friendly? I don’t recommend this app.
I was excited to use the Clearblue Ovulation test when I first got it. It worked well for my first two cycles. On my third cycle, it went from low to high and never reached peak. I decided to test it on water on the 7th day, after 6 days straight of high. It read high on that test. There is no way water can be fertile. I tried calling the 1800 # during normal business hours but they were not accepting calls. This product may need more upgrades to work out some kinks. I had to move on to a different ovulation test altogether that allows for less technological errors. I can’t afford to waste any time on faulty tests.
