This has improved my mental health so much just by answering simple things every day it’s helped me to look at the positive things even if they are little instead of focusing on the negative I’m celebrating the positive
I tried downloading a few journal apps and if you like it easy and simple, this is the one for one. A few good templates to use but nothing overwhelming re: choice and fab that it has the morning pages by Julia Cameron on it. Very easy to use and straightforward.
Loved this as soon as I opened the app and started to use it. Find the many templates and prompts make mindfulness practice effortless and relaxing. Perfect for documenting thoughts and feelings in a structured way that enables reflection and reviewing entries very easy.
I love the journal app is light enough to allow me to have the freedom to jot down a few sentences every now and then, the design also gives me the chance for thoughtful longer diary. The template selections put my mind in ease to start building journal habit with less pressure to think of what to write and how to compose. Thumbs up for this great app!
What good app...... I suffer from mental health and this is a good way to clear your mind and right down all the negative things floating around in your mind it has helped me loads 5*** app
