App Not Loading
The app has suddenly stopped loaded up for me for over a week. I’ve checked for updates and deleted re-installed the app and it’s still working.
WOW
Been an Experian kind of guy for 15 years but this app blew me away, Much more options and comparisons, never known a company that offers so much in depth detail and advice for free. Very well thought out. 10 stars never mind 5
Not true score
I downloaded this app to see what my score was and it has stayed the same for at least 7 months now I downloaded Experian and it has shown it’s a lot higher than is shown on clear score!!
Can’t update your address which impacts credit score
Had a great experience with this app until I needed to change my address. The help doc is incorrect / outdated and you can’t change it within the app, I’ve updated it on Equifax but yet to still see any change. Not sure why such a simple feature is missing from the app.
Useless
Clear score boasts transparency and regular updates but actually does completely the opposite. It pulls data far slower than Experian and Transunion and exists only to bombard you with advertisements for loans and car finances that you don’t need. My credit score never increases on Clearscore despite increasing every month on Experian and Transunion. No idea why people rate this app. Avoid
Bot good for expats that just moved to the uk.
Just moved to the UK this year and this app suffers from the same issue everything in the UK suffers from/with. There is no option to put a previous address outside of the UK so you can’t even creat an account properly.

Keypad Doesn’t Show Up
Had to change my rating as now the app doesn’t bring up the keypad to allow me to login. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
Good app ruined by software update
No idea how your organisation can get a simple software update so wrong. App is now useless, constantly logging me out for the past few weeks and now won’t even let me log in, password reset but even that is not recognised. Totally useless
