ClickUp - Manage Teams & Tasks

Unfortunately I am having an extremely poor user experience both on Mac and app. The Mac app never loads unless I kill it and open again. The mobile app doesn’t sync asap and it’s super buggy and slow. Overall wouldn’t pay for the upgrade based on a few months with the free version.

I love ClickUp, have being using it since 3 years & it is doing a great job, but only on my Mac. In my experience the app is totally useless. Probably you’ve tried to make some kind of modern UI, but it is a total mess…. Sorry guys, I have deleted the app & now I am back to the old ClickUp app (thanks for not taking it down from app store). The old app is also not perfect, but way better than this one.

I decided to give a chance to the paid option of the platform. Once I started using it I released that the platform is extremely slow, buggy and with lots of problems. Two days later I asked refund, because I paid for one year and I don’t want to continue with this painful experience for a whole year. Nobody respond. Nobody! All the time they promoting how easy is the refund process, but the reality is different. Horrible experience.

It says unsupported browser when I try to log in using the app on iPad pro. This shouldn't be happening.

I tried creating a document, most it let me do was create a title. Not worth bothering with the other features if I still need to use a separate app for my docs.

I literally cannot use the app and it keeps saying ‘unsupported browser detected” and shows me a list of browser requirements, meanwhile I have the most recent Safari and Chrome both of which meet the requirements listed.

So extremely disappointed in this app that it might as well not even exist. It won’t even let me log in or actually send the verification email, just redirects me to an “unsupported” browser page while literally using one of the recommended browsers. This remains a huge problem even after deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times over the course of weeks and is causing me to consider moving to another platform.

I saw a video about how great Clickup is but it won’t even open!! Just a spinning icon and nothing happens. I’m extremely surprised because I actually expected it to be good. Too bad they must have given up on the app. If I discover that they block VPN compromising your company data, communications, and security, then I will not even think about utilizing such a useless app.

Every time my iPhone updates or upon periodic sign outs. I struggle to sign back in. ClickUp never has a solution other than reinstall. It is a real problem.
