Connection Failed using v10.19
After 10.19 update, the App was unable to retrieve the devices when I’m connected outside our network, if keeps on prompting connection failed. But before that I can connect even I’m out of the country.

The device suddenly have compatibility issues with other device. Only 4month old. App doesn't even save your log in. Expensive device, so disappointing product!
