Clubhouse is a rather interesting app that has captured the attention of many people around the world. Since its launch in 2020, it has provided a unique platform for interaction through live audio conversations. The sound quality on Clubhouse is notably superior to that of similar apps, offering a broad and clear auditory experience.

What truly sets Clubhouse apart is its ability to bring together people from diverse backgrounds in meaningful discussions and chats. This global connection is one of the app’s most attractive features, allowing users to share ideas and knowledge in real-time.

However, it is unfortunate that Clubhouse’s popularity has declined after the pandemic. Despite its innovative focus on audio, it has not managed to maintain the same level of success it enjoyed in its early months. It’s disappointing that such a promising social platform has not continued its initial momentum.

As a constructive critique, I believe the main screen should display all the live talks happening at that moment, instead of the bubbles of deferred audio clips. The main attraction of the app is the live chats and rooms, and these should be the focal point to keep users engaged.

Another negative aspect is the user blocking system. When a user is blocked, they are prevented from entering various rooms, significantly limiting their interaction with others. I am strongly against this feature as it hinders future interaction, regardless of any verbal altercations that might have occurred. Given that this is an app for adults, I believe conflicts should be resolved by “talking” rather than through blocks that eliminate any chance of dialogue.

In summary, Clubhouse remains a quite interesting app with great potential. Its ability to connect people worldwide in real-time conversations is unmatched, but there are areas that need improvement to regain and maintain its popularity.
