Had years of menstrual data saved in this app. When I updated the app it was gone. No response.

Constant pop ups trying to get you to pay. Super annoying and makes it hard to use the app

I’ve used this app for years and it works great but the pop ups asking you to pay for the premium version have become so intrusive I’m going to be looking for other options. The free version is all I need, I don’t need the additional features, so it’s annoying when another pop up telling me to pay for the premium features appears every time I blink at this app. It’s a bummer because otherwise Clue is great and accurate and does everything I need it to do. I like the layout and it’s really user friendly. It’s just those pop ups and notifications make me insane!

They don’t back up data apparently. I hadn’t made an account because it wasn’t required when I first downloaded the app. I didn’t update because I got no notifications saying I needed to. When I did finally update on my own accord 6 years of data was gone and I was told via customer support there’s nothing they can do to help. If you use this app beware, they do not care about your or your health data.

I used to recommend this app for period trackers, but it’s gotten far less usable in the past few years. There are constant pop ups to buy the plus version whenever you try to log anything. Banners for other versions and features of the app that you can’t permanently remove are also incredibly annoying. I’ve had to delete it and switch to Apple health.

love the app- but I input that I got a bc shot in October, yet it's still saying my period is 49 days late?? I'm not meant to have one! that's the whole point of the shot! did I mess up some settings or something? also- I'm trans and started testosterone, but I'm not quite sure if I select HRT or testosterone therapy? both? great app! protects your data! if you're in a red state you will be safe with clue 💙💙💙💙

I’ve been using this app since January 2015. You read that right. Soon it will be a decade of using this app. Recently (last couple years) they started this subscription cost. Back in the day they touted ads that it’s the free period app it will never have a cost. I wish Ik where those screenshots are but it’s been a decade. I think for those of us that have used the app for as long as we have we should get like a legacy/grandfather account. Where we don’t have to pay back when they advertised it would never cost us anything to use. In the decade of use they haven’t lived up to that bargain and continue to take away features behind a paywall. I had two babies while using this app. It’s just nuts that I have to fight that stupid pop up everytime I log in. No, I joined when it said it would never cost me anything so I will NEVER be paying for this app. If it keeps getting rid of useable features I will have to move to another app or a paper calendar like it’s the Stone Age. Super disappointed. I messaged them asking about a legacy or grandfathered in account and was ignored so this review is my response. If you want a free app you can use be prepared almost all the useful features are hidden behind a paywall and the subscription cost keeps going up and up. You give me a legacy/grandfathered account where I get all my features back and never pay for it ever and I’ll remove this review. Otherwise I just keep tracking minimally like now or go to paper calendars until menopause.

I’ve been using this app for YEARS… it used to be free without hassle. Now they ask EVERY time I open the app if I want to upgrade. You have all my data from years of using the app isn’t that enough for you? The app has become a nuisance to use. Women seek these types of apps for support not to be hassled. So frustrating!!!

I’ve been using clue for years and it’s helped me a lot ! However in recent years like with many apps a lot of pay walls have been implemented. It’s important to keep the company a float but it would be nice to free up certain features again. Also there’s not enough control over push notifications (the notifications on the Lock Screen etc, not in app the popups). The daily check in and marketing pushes interfere with the notifications that count. There should be a section in settings that allow for more control

La verdad es que para toda señorita es perfecta . A mí me ayudó a monitorear mi ciclo menstrual de una buena manera . Os la súper recomiendo si queréis estar bien y organaizadas además de que os avisa cuando les bajará la regla . A mí me gustó mucho ! 🥰
