Pay wall after 9 years
I’ve had the app since 2015. It worked so well. If you ask for a one time payment, i’d be happy to pay. But all this is, is a data bank. I dont need to plan ahead my cycle for 12 month, or get an “atypical” cycle variation, and not knowing what it’s talking about WITHOUT paying.
Now Clue has added a subscription-based paywall, i cant view any of my previous cycle, except for how long it is.
I thought this app is for women, by women? Since when have women become such money hungry corporate d-bag?
Nice app but the money hounding is relentless
I’ve used this app for a few years and I think it’s a really nice app. However, I agree with the recent reviewers about the constant pop ups asking for money. Either make a free app or make it a paid app. The app is high quality enough to just make it paid. The pop ups detract from the nice experience. I have simple needs so I’m just going to use the built in Health app that I just found out does the same thing. So in summary, I would have been happy to pay a decent one off fee, don’t be afraid to make it paid!
Great features, constant annoying push to subscribe
Love features of Clue, but the constant push to subscribe really ruins the experience. I understand that they’re trying to sell the convenience of the app, but it’s just really off putting.
Not so free anymore
If you offer a free platform I should be able to turn off your notifications constantly asking to upgrade to a paid platform. The amount of times I need to click out of that pop up fills me with rage. This used to be a great way to track my cycle and see any patterns, but now you need to pay for everything. So disappointing.
Great app for long term tracking
I have been using this app since 2017, it has helped me to track and stay in tune with my period and also the trends throughout my cycle such as acne, ovulation pain, moods, etc. It has helped me become more aware of what to expect and with planning my weeks and the activities I do depending on my monthly needs. The app has heaps of free features and not many intrusive ads, this is a big reason why I love it (btw please don’t change this!). Highly recommend!
Very helpful app
This app has been very useful to me for the past 4 years. I would definitely recommend 😄
I hope they add a few extra options for pain such as cramping when your not on your period.
Stop asking for a subscription
Please. Please stop asking if I want to pay for a subscription after EVERY SINGLE TIME I make an update.
I’m happy with the free version
No longer usable - free version
I have been using this for years, and it seemed like they were expanding some great features but now the majority of the features are only in the paid version. Ok, fair enough. More frustratingly, even to just use it for basic tracking every time you open the app or try and enter something it asks you multiple times to upgrade and pay. It’s so irritating and unusable, if you’re going to limit the features of the free version- fine- but I’m not inclined to sign up because you’re smashing me with advertising. Enough already. In fact it does the complete opposite. Sure, you want to monetise your app but it’s turned into a horrible experience.
Requires Internet Access 100% of the Time
With no capacity to even look at history while not online, this app is completely useless to anyone who lives outside of a city, if their connection goes down, or if they want to use their Clue app on a plane or while in flight mode. Pointless and very disappointing.
Not worth the effort of dodging the endless ads
I was a user for years and years. I am disappointed they moved some of the basic features behind a paywall, it seems very crappy to make us pay to see a summary of our own information submitted. However that’s not even the worst part, this app is essentially not usable as it bombards the user with pop ups after nearly every tap. We get it. You want our money. Either end our ability to use the app at all or let us use the dregs of what remains in peace. Very sad ending. May as well go to Flo as they spam far less.
