I’ve been a subscribed user for yeeeears and I love the app but the new update that doesn’t allow me to see anything in the app unless I’m online is a huge turn off. I see many valid complaints here in the reviews about the new look of the app that I agree with but I was willing to adapt. But the offline experience being removed is really bad.
The old version of Clue was perfect, this new version feels like a completely different app., I can’t find anything
I’ve been using this app for many years. I never looked for another app until the last update. Before it was so much easier to add a track i don’t understand why we need to click on so many things just to track a pill. Now i have to go through: click on the date-click on the pill icon- click on “taken”- click on “save”icon. I understand that you made it look prettier but obviously ux/ui team did a bad job on this update :(
Ive been using clue since 2018 ( for five years ) and i would never ever change it. It’s so simple so organised and easy to use. Definitely i recommend it.
App was amazing, why did we have to change it all up, so many bugs and so many time consuming clicks to do to enter info … updates need to make the app more user friendly not the opposite
I saw other reviews and it seems we are all on the same page, I know the developers are still working on it so I hope you take into consideration our feedback. I have been a clue user for yeaaarss and have never had an issue until the update, where it's harder to click through the days of the week to see what was previously logged, longer to update my BC updates (which that option regarly dispears from my menu and I have to add it again) and you got rid of the notification reminders to take BC? I have reached out via the app to see if I could get support as I know it might just be that I can't turn it on, but I never heard back. Please bring back the old features we loved whole still updating it to be newer and better!
Honestly I hate the update I can’t anymore put notes on everyday… or add comment. Not showing all month what was the length … or medium Length of the all ciclo based on my history same before.. not useful anymore
I’ve been using the app for years now and recently it updated and I lost all my data (which has been so annoying!) and the whole look of the app has changed. It’s no longer as intuitive or user friendly and takes longer to track my BC pill intake. The format before was better where you could see the date and what you want to log on the same screen.
I subscribed saying its free for 7 days but I was immediately charged.
I have tried several tracking apps , but I keep coming back to Clue . I prefer it over any . BUT if only when your late , it would actually tell u how many days ure late rather than just saying “ Your period will start tomorrow “ even tho it should have started daaays ago.
