I’m done
I’ve been using this app for years and have always loved it - but I am sick and tired of everyone asking for money. 8€ a month are you serious? For what? You blocked all my information of my past cycles, unless I pay up the app doesn’t give me what it’s made for. You make me pay to access my own private information. It’s scandalous and I’m deleting the app. Going back to pen and paper!
Money, money, money
I’ve been using this app since 2013 and I loved it. But now you have to pay the subscription for some basic features that were free a few months ago. The subscription is not that expensive but I will not be paying for features that used to be free. I’m changing cycle tracking app.
Doesn’t respect your privacy
Edit: since ‘the developer’ decided to reply, I’ll expand on my answer. Clue uses Braze, Firebase, Adjust and other processors that have no business handling sensitive data. I’ve also found some other US services that have historically be shown to disregard user privacy. For some reason, there’s an anonymization of support data, instead of a deletion. They write a lot about privacy and trust, but “we don’t sell your data” obfuscates the fact that it will be shared for research purposes. Which would be okay, if we hadn’t seen plenty of examples of de-anonymization recently. Basically, if your data falls in the wrong hands (which happens), some of your very sensitive info is no longer private. For a (optionally) paid product, why can’t it be developed in a more conscientious manner? First-party analytics and less reliance on other companies to track so much data. Data sharing for advertising purposes is opt-out. Why must Clue be so reliant on ad networks at all? Some data from data brokers was found to be enough to de-anonymize Clue users. Why not keep data locally? Or encrypted in a way they can’t access it? If you want to share data for ‘research purposes’, make it opt-in and have a button where people can clearly send specific components of said data. No freebies here. Take this stuff more seriously.
Ils ont bloqué toutes mes données…
J’aimais beaucoup cette application et je l’utilise depuis de nombreuses années. Malheureusement, avec leur nouvelle mise à jour, ils ont littéralement enlevé mon accès à mes propres données. Maintenant je suis obligé de payer leur abonnement pour pouvoir voir même un seul de mes cycles. Franchement je ne conseil plus du tout cette application à personne sauf si vous voulez payer, parce qu’elle ne sert plus à rien en mode gratuit. Le pire c’est que si j’avais juste eu accès à mes données, j’aurai pu tout simplement les remettre dans une autre application qui elle, ne me bloquerait pas l’accès à mes propres données personnelles… Bref, à chacun son chacun, mais moi c’est un gros non. C’est dommage mais je vais devoir la désinstaller…
Everything is paid now
I use this app for all of my periods. Recently though, some of the most basic features have become paid and I'm so done with everything needing to be a money machine.
Useful but Restricted
The app is nice and useful to track period data with accompanying symptoms too. The problem is though that many options are only available if you pay… Also the new layout update is a paaain to navigate…
Déçue
J’utilise cette application depuis des années et elle change tout les mois. Tout est devenu payant même pour voir ces anciens cycles on ne peut plus rien voir du tout, ça n’a plus d’intérêt je vais désinstaller l’application.
App très intuitive et pratique !

De app is niet meer gebruiksvriendelijk. Als je de gratis versie gebruikt komen er voortdurend pop-ups om de betalende versie aan te schaffen. In het venster waar je informatie over je cyclus staat is er een gigantische vak midden in de analyse "geblurred" - het is een feature van "Clue Plus". Even duur als een Netflix abonnement btw. Die kader staat midden tussen je informatie en verstoort het zicht ongelooflijk. de makers van de app dringen zo het dure abonnement op dat het niet meer toegankelijk is voor gebruikers die maandelijks geen €10 euro kunnen of willen geven aan een smartphone-app... Teleurstellend.
