Time to switch another exchange

Always take a transaction time 4hrs up to 2days for sending crypto even you send it to the same (own wallet with another exchange)address. If the market crashes and our profit gets losses who going to bare? Not happy with their service. Worst customer support. I didn’t recommend it to anyone

Glitch

There is a new bug in the app which doesn’t let you see the prices of the currencies when you open the app before signing in with your password.

Withdrawal process is too slow

Most of the coin if you buy in this app you can’t send it to other exchanges since send and receive option disabled . Few allowed coins taking more than 5 hours to transfer to another exchange or wallet . And they eat a lot of coins while buying . Their charge a lot on top of that some portion of coin also missing . Example if you buy 2 sol only 1.8 will get reflected in your account 😀

Withdrawal

Withdrawal process taking very very long time. After 7days still not credited to my local bank. Many app providing instant withdrawal. If any urgency how? Very bad.
