Need to create PIN and enable face ID every login
Why do I have to create the PIN and enable Face ID for every login? Very troublesome, pls fix it.

No Usd withdrawal high transaction fee
[Trading Fees] High trading fees, confusing between Crypto/SGD and Crypto/USD. Non reversible. [Withdrawal Process] Withdrawal not possible with USD, sold wrongly lost 0.3%, need to buy back another 0.3%, and sell to SGD another 0.3%, another $2 withdrawal to bank..
Bad exchange with tactics to delayed send n transactions
Very disappointed with Apple for not submitting my previous review. If u notice , most of the ratings here are not the latest . Wonder is apple being paid to cover the nas ratings with those ratings like quite some time ago - 1y, 2y . Ridiculous
Amazing & dedicated 5 stars customer service
A week ago, I ran into an issue with my account on IOS not being able to trade. Alerted customer service and received a reply within 15 minutes. A solution was provided and I was generally ok with what was recommended. However, what I did not expect was the constant update from the customer service officer in ensuring that Coinhako’s service time was looking into my issue. After a week, my original issue was solved and I was pleasantly surprised to know that my original issue has been fixed. This is a tell tale sign of an amazingly dedicated team and a company that would go very far.

The recent version upgrade is not user friendly…Preview page is gone …it was very much useful…selling price is not shown …we have to click the token to see the selling price … multiple clicks which makes annoying

Easy to use interface. Will continue to support as customer service has attended to my issues swiftly. I think they have improved recently but still need more advanced features.
