I love Coinspot for its simplicity and intuitive design.

They use review gaiting. The app will ask you if you are enjoying using it. You have the option of selecting yes or no. If you say no, you only get the option of giving feedback directly to the developers. If you say yes you are enjoying the app, you get a notification to leave a review in the App Store. When a business uses this method, they get a disproportionate amount of higher ratings, and the average rating score does not reflect the average user experience. Therefore the ratings are a lie, and this is unfair on their competitors who don't use review gating. If you want to see more real review scores in the future, to ensure you can get what you expect instead of getting scammed; remember to give a one star to any app or business that asks to give a rating before forwarding you to a third party review site to give a second rating. Let the public know that they use to review. I recommend a copy this text and keep it in your notes to paste on reviews.

After my previous review they told me to get in touch via the help centre… I did but they still haven’t replied. Maybe I should count my blessings. I mean, imagine doing business with a company like this.

Been over 3 months still not send back my small asset of $1400 to the wallet. It’s a joke. Have over 20k worth of assets paid heaps of fees and yet have to wait months on end to get my asset back. The app is fine the waiting for sales is fine but their recover is the worst in the world of crypto. Do not do business with them if your not willing to wait months or years for your asset. Theft at its finest. Will get fair trade involved soon.

Well this was the one site westpac bank allowed me to transfer money to and it’s also very user friendly

I’ve been with Coinspot for over five years. I find both the computer and iPhone versions easy to use and navigate through. Withdrawals are super prompt and I totally trust this company. I have had interactions with the staff and I find them friendly and very genuine.
