Today 23/02/2024 I’m just Arrived in Australia (Melbourne) and i stay neer Sunshine station area, I meet 1 Commonwealth Bank Staff (i forgot her name,sorry) i know she is Vietnamese she was very helpful and teaching me slowly how to use internet banking and answer all my questions i’m so happy and appreciate it, Thank you so much (Cảm ơn)

Bikin Emosi jiwa

Udah register dll, pas mau video call terus2an suruh tunggu 10 menit, dicoba berkali2 smpe belasan kali dan login ulang masih gak bisa. tanya cs nya via chat katanya permintaan lagi tinggi, masih sabar dong. next day coba lagi utk login dan VC tapi tetep gak bisa padahal gak dijam sibuk. Yasudhlah daripda emosi jiwa krn wasting time mending Uninstall aja. Padahal bank digital lain (Jago, Line, Seabank dll), gampang bener verifikasinya gak sampe 5 menit kelar. Heran!

After downloading, the app does not appear in the notification center. Consequently, I cannot receive netcode.

Best financial app

Better Than any other bank i had before. Some improvement needed like dark mode and custom wallpaper
