Service Does Not Work
Unable to access my accounts since the app update. Online service does not work either. Unable to reach customer service from overseas yesterday (supposedly a 24/7 service). Finally got through today: systems’ outage. No mention of this on the app, the site or holding voice message. Very disappointing and frustrating.

It was really good experience with commonwealth bank.
CBA woes
I used a publicised facility to apply for my CBA account before arriving in Australia so my cards would be ready day one, I got to the right branch to be told my cards were cut up days earlier.
So I need to order cards again and wait the usual process and posting out time.
Went immediately across the road and opened a Greater Bank account -
Now I get to compare the services
CBA bounced all initial payments,
CBA is slower at making payments every time,
CBA staff were abrasive and defensive about services & issues.
CBA has been a much poorer experience

Updates mean I no longer get NetCode notifications
The app doesn’t appear in my notifications list so I can’t receive any NetCode notifications. This only happened when I updated the app.
iPad Version Replacement
Replacing the iPad App, this app is very good but not Great like the Old CommBank App for iPad which had a Visual Impact with easy Navigation.
