Fix the dark theme. No way to read anything in the app with dark mode enabled on the phone.

Should have stayed with old lock and key. what’s the point of a smart lock if you need keys for it. Again have to get a window open in order to get inside as the handle was pulled up out of habit with the phone inside. Logged into the app on another phone to be unable to unlock the door. Has to be the worst R&D to come from Assa abloy

Can I return my lock? No. This app is God awful, wish I'd never bothered. iOS 13? No. Setting up two users? No. Not resetting the master key? No. Locking remotely? No. Seriously, don't bother. Customer support refuses a return as I've fitted the lock. I've now fitted it to the bottom of the bin.

This is the worst app I have ever used in my smart home. It’s like someone made a half arsed attempt of an app for a school project and Yale accidentally released it to the public.

This is not ok for gdpr reasons. All countrys should be listed as an option during registration

Horrendous app,keeps showing feature coming soon. Have used up all the credits resetting the feud but not one has worked.

I can't get shared keys on my kids phones to work. Every time I send them a key I have to pay for it. Have spent about €40 on keys and none of them work. No support on the app either. Don't buy the lock. Got home this evening t find that I can’t get in. Nothing will work. Will have to call a lock Smith.

Regularly shows a ‘feature coming soon‘ prompt when you click on a function but then proceeds to open it. Tells you ‘only the owner can access this lock’ and then opens anyway. My biggest issue is with activating keys which requires the app. Before you can add a key the app needs to connect with the lock via Bluetooth to audit it. This takes a couple of minutes after which time it says events read from lock, returns you to a list of events and then explains there ways an audit error, blocking any keys from being added. The lock or hardware product is fine. This app lets the whole thing down badly. Replacing my lock back to standard one.

Have been forced to having to use this app with my Conexis L1 door lock and the app is reporting that I have to change batteries the very next day after changing them. The batteries do incidentally last longer but do you really want to take the risk and not replace them when the app is saying that you have to and then not be able to unlock your door? I have moved onto rechargeable batteries now but the sheer inconvenience of it!

Continuously forgets logs me out, forgets passwords, tells me my phone number isn’t registered. It’s an absolute joke. Let’s see if there new upgrade bowlhox works. This should be given completely free by the way and not an £80 charge. It’s your device that doesn’t work. UPDATE we’re off to a good start. It says Download the Yale Access app for set up instructions. THERE ISNT ONE!!!
