Great for Staff and Managers
Great connection to your Confluence home. Don’t try to create too many new pages with many widgets; some just don’t render on mobile. And that’s okay. This is supposed to be Confluence Light. I would appreciate an iOS stackable widget or Command Center widget, though, of my teams most recently updated pages, or my @ mentions.
Underwhelming feature set
Basic features, like exact phrase searching, are not implemented. It is impossible to work productively in the mobile version, forcing me to go back to the web version constantly.
iOS 12 unsupported
Many devices are stuck with iOS 12, so minimum viable product for iOS 12 would be great. Even the browsers on iOS 12 don’t support web version of confluence wiki, sad.
Brutal and Confusing
Hockey Canada moved everyone to this and it is ridiculous.
Poor Dark Mode support
Your dark mode support makes some articles impossible to read.
Useful Mobile Version
I have found the mobile version of Confluence Cloud quite useful and I have been enjoying it for editing documents and adding notes. It does not have all the features of the web version (for example, it views columned documents as a single column) but it is a very nifty app for mobile. Granted, I am using for personal use and probably not as advanced as a lot of users but it met and exceeded my expectations.
