The app is great to control the Split AC unit from my phone, unfortunately there is no integration with Apple HomeKit meaning you can’t control the AC with Siri which is really disappointing. (It does have Amazon Alexa and Google integration, if you’re on those platforms.) I’m hoping for Apple HomeKit integration, until then it’s 3 stars and no further Investments into Hisense hardware for me.

Does what I expect it to do.

App hangs frequently. Had to log in several times

After redoing the acceptance boiler plate, trying to sign on gets a failure, trying to reset my password creates a loop and trying to create a new account fails. The routines created in the app still work and somehow Alexa can still execute routines. I just can’t get back in. Very frustrating.

I need this app for a couple of connected Bosch appliances in our home but after a recent update when I open the app I am now met with a new EULA Terms of Use agreement that is unavoidable and impossible to accept. After clicking ‘ACCEPT’ about a dozen times, the app crashed.

App won’t allow me to accept the terms and conditions and complete setup. The “accept” button is unresponsive.

App is asking for me to agree agreement, but will not register me pressing the button. Previous review mentioned this problem too

The app updated, logged me out and then made me reset my password. That was fine but after signing in it wanted me to read and agree to the privacy and data. I’ve done that but it just keeps going back to the agreement. It’s not going through. I have deleted the app. Restarted my phone. Downloaded the app again and it’s the same problem. I push agree for each notice and it keeps going right back to it. I don’t see any box that needs to be checked just the agree button at the end of the policy pages. so I’m not sure what the problem is.

Just recently had to new acs installed and was able to connect them to the app for home automation and such, but only from within the app. I am an avid HomeKit and Apple Shortcuts user, but there is zero support for these platforms. Not even any Siri integration. As far as apps go it is super basic and seems more like an afterthought than an intentional app to support making the users experience easier. If this app ever receives any kind of support for the Apple ecosystem I would be more than happy to rate it five stars, otherwise it’s disappointing to have to open an app every time I want to interact with my ac and just better off using the remote instead

At first the app worked smooth but now recently, every time I want to use it the End User Agreement pops up and then I have to sign in again.
