The app is getting better for sure, but still missing a lot of features. Why can we not use sso with Face ID or biometric? Having to sign in every few hours really is a pain! Inventory management is totally missing? Being able to do a stock count from the app and scan barcodes and serial numbers would be huge. Totally missing. Stop watch timer is a amazing idea. But I can never get it to work. It seems that when the app goes to sleep the timers all stop. So many glitches. I wish there was progress but it seems to have stalled out with any new developments.
Can’t add notes or close a ticket. It’s possibly the worst mobile client I have ever worked with.
The sso keeps taking you to iOS safari and logs you in through the browser. It’s been over a year and the app still does not work
Many features aren’t working like selecting expense code. Don’t bother using the app, go to the web
I can only view stuff I’ve entered from the desktop app. Not even an option to copy a time entry and edit it on the phone app. Asked about opening a support ticket but work won’t because you have to pay for that and it’s extra.
There should be separate colour for complete and in progress tickets.
Three years ago, this would have been okay as the only option. How is it that in all this time, ConnectWise has not: (A) created a version for iPad? (B) updated it to be fully featured? (C) fixed any of the bugs? (D) released the same functionality that the Windows client offers ConnectWise used to be the ultimate killer app for MSP’s, but since they were acquired, they seem to be slacking. Message to ConnectWise: Remember how you got to where you are, from companies like ours being good paying customers. Over the past year, you have seriously shown your colours as a company trying to maximize profits even at the risk of affecting customers. You are a software company. Be like one, and stop ignoring customer feedback.
