Bad app
Constantly logs me out after a fee minutes and keeps resetting the biometrics option as if I never configured it even though I have the keep me logged in and biometrics options both enabled.
Adding notes to tickets is also buggy as more often than not the app will just freeze and won’t let you click on save.
Not a very functional application
Although Autotask itself pretty well designed system, it leaves a lot to desire for in his mobile app at least on iOS. I’ve been using it for two years on iPhone 13 Pro Max to 15 Pro Max basic functionalities that just don’t work!
At the time of writing this, go ahead and create a new ticket and try to add a service call to the service call just seem to work!
I’ve never been able to find different sites from the mobile app. Let’s say you’re on the road and try to find one of the branch offices for a client. Good luck!
Terrible Company
Stay far away from Kaseya products. This app constantly asks you to sign in even though you’ve enabled touch-id or emotion scanner. We’ve submitted bug reports for this and they say it’s a “feature” to have to sign in every time you open the app. The product has gone downhill ever since Kaseya bought them out. Look elsewhere!
Why 2fa every time
What’s the point of Touch ID if I have to enter the 2fa code every time. Extend amount of time before new session login is required.
Excellent once activated
All the bad reviews on this app are from users that don’t know how this works. If you’re an MSP, and use Datto’s Autotask for ticketing, then you or your Autotask administrator just needs to activate access in the admin/extensions section of Autotask.
Wonderful app that can creat/edit tickets; service calls; calendar use; ticket/company/user search, very robust; nicely integrated work list.
Yes, it can glitch out, lose time (always manually track in case), lose notes, and sometimes doubles up messages, but overall it’s been an integral tool for my on-site field work.
One feature I’m missing is an easy way to copy ticket #s. That would give the full 5* rating.
Should be way better
Why is this such a horrible app. 2fa every time, timers stop can’t delete tickets. Can’t find have the office everything. Should be much better, simple and a way better design.
Okay in a pinch
It works in a pinch, but not very intuitive to add time entries quickly - find myself tethering my laptop and using the web UI more.

It not reliable as they say so
It giving really hard time by timing out and loosing all my notes and right now today it self its been updated and I cannot use the app anymore it cannot be used to log my time in or add my notes for the ticket. 😏
Love this new version but...
The last update was great with the new design of ticket but the timer stop when going to an other apps or when screen goes black. This issue was on iPhone and iPad version. Please correct this issue, the old version working great with the timer.
