The expenses section has never worked properly, if you enter something in the desktop version it will only sync through about half of the information needed if you want to add receipts The app never keeps you logged in for long, and if your company uses MAM to protect devices you won’t be able to log back in. Basically the app is worthless. Uninstalled
Can’t change a Ticket status Can’t filter service Boards Adding time is a hit or miss Don’t know what adding a note to a ticket does. not give you the option to send it to other resources on the ticket. Also if you select the wrong Map program on first load there seems nowhere to change it. Adding a Misc schedule - Schedule Type and where options do not work
When adding a expense the date of the expense entry appears to low to be able to change the date of the entry.
The app is useful in the field but really difficult to sign into. We have Single Sign In enabled, but the app doesn’t recognise that. Instead it offers the full sign-in with password, which won’t work. I finally figured you need to delete the details on the sign-in screen and manually type in the Sute, Company and username before it realises it needs to do SSO. Adding mileage is also a pain. There needs to be a field to enter start odometer and save the value so you can enter the end odometer reading. I have to record the numbers elsewhere to enter later. And the tiny screen often means I get the value wrong. What would be great would be a start odometer reading attached to the timer.
As others have said, this needs an update and native iPad support would be greatly beneficial. On top of that as others have stated, collecting signatures on tickets would be massively appreciated whilst on site..
Slow laggy hangs not a great product
Always has an issue and makes you reload it from AppStore
My app just updated and everyone in the company now has USD instead of GBP. So ridiculous on a working environment!!!
Old software was much better - just had to be assigned to a ticket rather than scheduled this week
