This app has never been good, but now it seems to be even worse than it was somehow. Can’t even enter a basic piece of data because the done button doesn’t work. Absolute garbage. The app needs fixing urgently.
Need a paid version which I can’t see to do anything with it.
Review update. Same review as last time! For an IT company providing an expensive MSP solution this app is p*ss poor. It’s clunky, it’s slow, not easy to use and so basically doesn’t get used. Datto should be embarrassed and it needs sorting.
This is the worst kind of app, provided because you need to provide a mobile app for anything these days. This has been slung together to appease that expectation and not tested for the functionality that is actually required. Select time off and it takes you today. Select time off on the day you want off and it takes to today. Press and hold on the day and you get the option to add an appointment or a to-do… select an appointment just in case, it takes to today. What a complete waste of time.
It’s horrible to use! It takes ages to load or times out on a stable connection! Please fix it ASAP!!!
The app works now- you can click through into queues and tickets, but only in portrait mode. Please bring back landscape mode, especially for us tablet users!
Been using Autotask since 2015. The app was rubbish then and it’s still rubbish now (December 2020). Case in point, I just logged in quickly to check my ticket queues. I can’t tap on the individual queues to display the tickets there. Nothing happens! Overall it feels slow and clunky. I have super fast internet access so I dread to think now this would perform on 3G/4G.
Yet another untested update. Now I can’t select any of the Queues I’m in at all. Highlights them but does nothing else.
If you are a field engineer and you need to file constant notes throughout the day, this app will be the end of you. With regular crashes and sacrificing of information, it’s sure to leave you stressed out and mess up your jobs. Horrible horrible app.
