Control4 for OS 3

Updated to the latest app and will not open on iPad mini running latest iOS. Great work.

After spending thousands upon thousands of pounds on the control 4 home system I am so dissatisfied and cross with how terrible this app is. Clearly no pride or care put into its development. It feels like I’m running an app that was built for the iPhone 3G I don’t understand how this is so bad

Randomly comes up with this error. Works on the tablets but on the mobile it’s an absolute nightmare and intermittent. Issue has been going on for a while according to all the forums! Would be great if this can be fixed once and for all. I believe this is issue is more common on Apple devices based on the forums too.

Since the latest update, the app is not working on iOS!

I've been using the Control4 for OS3 app, and it's been a game-changer. The responsiveness is impressive, thanks to a well-sized system installed by my dealer. Like many users, I faced initial challenges, but once the system was correctly set up, everything became incredibly snappy. Kudos to the app for enhancing my overall experience!

I spent +£40k for my C4 home system ( lighting, matrix, music, Cctv) and after 4 years wished I never did. With six home controllers the buttons stick, had half of them replaced and now having to buy new ones as our or warranty , at such an expensive unit price. Regular issues with Apps updates l, drivers for streaming services the being a continual issue. The Anyway intercom hardware camera not good enough and sound quality poor. I have needed up paying for an annual health check, software , driver, switch, router check and update as each element causes issues, and then have to pay for an annual sight4 licences.. simply not worth it.

Blank screen on the app - hopeless

All the Control4 tech is great. Except for the app!! Update it ffs. When my chime goes, the app takes ages. It’s so delayed. You’re charging a fortune, the app keeps on crashing so I have to speak to my installers. For the cost of everything, you should be like apple!!!

Poor to say the least…. App keeps crashing when reviewing video footage. As well as this the chime doorbell is slow to say the least. Video footage and chime doorbell notification is soooooo much worse than the ring doorbell we originally had! Fix up C4!!

It's astounding to me that a company that is selling technology can't create a reliable, workable app. This is a fundamental interface for most people and it is, at best, basic. At worst, it simply doesn't work.
