Complete waste of money
I have had a subscription for 2 or 3 years mainly in case I needed to restore a backup of my Home setup. I needed that today only to find the app crashed part way through a restore and would not complete. In desperation I restored the backup I took of my damaged home to get to something stable. It completed but then told me it can’t back up directly controlled accessories in Automations. What good is the backup then? No good. Avoid.

It works, but at what cost?
After suffering through the painful process of setting up 3 temperature based automations I found myself wondering, was it really worth it? Using this app is damaging to your sanity.
Thank goodness for free trials.
Downloaded this because the Floor Plan scanner seemed awesome. Don’t. Just don’t. It’s awful. Crashes during the scan? Time to start the whole house over. That’s okay, I’ll just save between each room. Nope, there’s no way to edit a home scan or add rooms once you save. Which also means if you move any furniture, it’s time to cross your fingers and hope it won’t crash during another whole-home scan. Awful awful awful experience.

The developer has locked down the app with a subscription. Therefore, if you want to access all of your previous work, you’re compelled to subscribe.
