New update today just makes the app Crashing

App is now crashing 2-3 sec after startup. Launches in the Accessories screen and then crashes. Seems support is not an option if you don’t do it from within the app, but my app is crashing!!!

130 $ to purchase the app outright?

The lifetime price was 60$ just a few months ago. Price strategy is completely out of this world. Alienating future customers. This app has plenty of alternatives and therefor isn’t a killer app and cannot sustain such pricing.

No response from support

In general a good app, but some bugs found. Support does not respond.

Awful app

Everything looks great and works great right until you need the app… One of my bridges got disconnected to HomeKit so I decided to delete it and restore it from my newest backup, the app restored everything EXCEPT for the automations and every time I try my app crashes… I have the pro lifetime subscription and bought it primarily to backup my smart home… I have tried finding there feedback mail but couldn’t find it- hope they fix this issue, but until then I would NOT buy this app (iPhone XS MAX - tuning the latest iOS)

Can’t Use Unless Signing Up for Subscription

Yeah, this app wants users to subscribe and hope you’ll forget, so it can continue leeching off your money 🤬 Prior to the latest updates, you’re able to use it for a little bit. Now, they don’t even give you that option. Will be deleting and using something else!

No longer free at all.

No longer free to use any features? Update forces user to sign up for a subscription. Thought about buying it when it was on sale for Black Friday but deleting now that I’m being forced to pay to use app to check temperatures in my home.

It’s Awesome

A must-have for advanced HomeKit setups. Battery tracking feature is awesome. This app fills in so many glaring holes in Apple’s Home app. Highly recommended.
