我尝试很多次不图片转移动coodisk都失败的提示，也更新app coodisk也上传失败最好把app删除再重新下载后在手机里照片转移到coodisk也不行。都是传输失败，请求帮助！

My app won’t allow me to transfer files. I tried on 2 devices and both of them wouldn’t show up external drive!

Brought this with 128gb storage. Plugging it in my iPhone the app kept saying the flash drive was plug in wrong, try again. No matter how many times I re-plus the drive the app will not recognize it. Tried it on pixel 7. It does not work on Android. I essentially wasted my money Recommendation: DO NOT BUY. It is a piece of junk.

I gave a 4 stars as everything on main screen can be exported, fast & reliable. The only thing is, I can not acces my files or documents at all, the app doesn’t give me choice where to look, just blank screen Is there a trick to see my file folder and transferring it? Can you help out? Thank you Also, would be great to access books from the app, I’m a reader :) Other than that it’s fast & reliable

Ok I bought this product back in 2020 and I was so exited about it. I read the reviews check that it was legit, etc. Well it said that it was compatible with iOS and iPhones so I purchase it. Since the last upgrade of iOS on my iPhone X max it does not open my pictures or my videos. And this is the only place where I put them! So it is very frustrating to not being able to open neither my pictures from 2020 and 2021 nor my videos! Help!! I will change my review if I have some support to be able to recover my pictures and videos! Thank you!

Please consider fixing this app such that it recognizes my usb device every time I insert it into my iphone. I think it’s a little ridiculous that I have to insert it and eject it several times just for the app to recognize the device’s photos on the 7th time or whatever arbitrary time it decides to function.

I stored alot of my videos on the flashdrives. Later they just all disappear.I do not write reviews but this chinese stuff is not worth it. Get the actual drives

Doesn’t read on the 7 plus. For the 11pro and 12pro the app fails to transfer 30% of the photos to the memory stick. And I have to reformat the memory stick in order to get it working. Stay way from the memory stick and app.

First, I was surprised why the app is asking for network permissions to scan for devices!!? Then, when using the backup feature, the backup stopped while saving data to the flash drive LOCALLY!! It came out, it was using up my cellular data and reached the limit!!! For what? Where did the data go? Is it being saved online silently in the background? What is going on?

Won’t transfer or the iPhone won’t recognize correctly any photos.
