Pls fix the app. Why the app is not showing any files from my otg. I cannot view nor transfer it anymore. I’ve only used it twice only.

A SCAM!! It’s starts out so well at the start like 5/5… but after a month or so, IT CRASHES. Once i import my files and unplug it, the files i uploaded are GONE or GOT CORRUPTED. PLEASE FIX THIS I HAVE SO MUCH BACKED UP I CANT ACCESS IT ANYMORE.

It’s automatically copied all photos from my iPhone but those I copied from iPhone to this usb, there were none as in zero. Now some remaining photos that automatically copied to this usb could not delete anymore. Had a hard time.

It doesn’t work :(

I can’t even saved my videos using this. It is always transferred failed. The external drive is now a waste of money.

MY FILES GOT DELETED WTH Got to use it to transfer files a month ago then tried opening it again and it doesnt show the files i saved! It says memory 0.0 available All the files were gone!!!

After update to ios16 this app is not wotking anymore!!can someone fix it please!!

Do an update so we can use the usb properly. I am transferring some my photos then the app keeps lagging

It makes me sad. I have a lot of photos and videos here. I feel comfortable putting my files here. Why is it happening? I don’t know what to do. Please someone help me. Tried a lot of ways to make back of my files but it didn’t work . Someone sent me a message help pls
