Did not receive gem rewards!
Cooking fever!!!!! I got and played at least 3 apps after i got a gem reward offer in your app and i got no gems! I also invited a friend through the link that was provided and they installed your app and played. In your app it said i would get 25 gems and they would get 15 we both got no gems! Please fix this or give us the gems we earned fair and square!

Hello, today I updated the app and as I was playing the game restarted and loaded a very old stage. I lost all of my achievements, purchased 💎 and restaurants. Please help me restore my game to its latest version with all restaurants and bars.

It’s almost impossible to get gems!
Frustrating, unvaried and a complete waste of time
I would like the game if it wasn’t so frustrating to progress and watch ads after almost every level. I feel like chances to win gems at the casino were greatly decreased. Both coins and gems are hard to earn. The daily rewards are ridiculous. It was much better when we got daily earnings from each restaurant. Game developers can think about changing it as it was earlier, even better to add daily gem reward from each completed 3 stars restaurant and claiming all rewards by one click. Then I might have kind of satisfaction from developing the restaurants, and less feeling of wasting my time.
Impossibile
It’s impossible to collect gems almost at all, maybe start giving a little more gems on level ups? Or at least make the diamond prizes at the casino winnable? Because I’m getting tired of spending money for a game that can’t even give me a diamond from the casino. Plus there are a lot of bugs, especially if you try to watch an ad to acquire something. It’s just too much, you can’t expect people to replay a lvl over and over and over just because you don’t want to give the upgrading materials for free. There are SO MANY levels in this game, you should change something so people would get hooked and wouldn’t have to worry about the diamonds all the time. 1 star from me because I played this game years ago and it still hasn’t changed the diamond system and acquiring.
Reduced earnings
I have been playing this game for ages. And before when you built a restaurant you received daily earnings from it. Now you just receive 300 coins from the daily rewards. After the update, when you had a restaurant complete you got 100-120 gems, so I thought great. But now I completed a restaurant for which I spent 200-300 gems at least and got 12 gems as a reward. I get that you want people to play or pay to advance but this is too much. I have to spend 8 hours a day on this game to progress
Gets impossible without $
As soon as you finish the first restaurant things get really impossible without paying for diamonds. Each minor upgrade costs both coins and diamonds and you simply can’t progress. Thanks, but no thanks.
