it a very good game but it’s really hard to earn gems and for you to finish the level you need gems because of that you won’t be able to finish a level if you don’t have a gem. I hope they make it easier to earn a gems because we need 200 gens for 1 restaurant to complete it. I really love this also hate it because of that and because of one more reason, I already bought a new restaurant and finish the few levels and then suddenly it says that it has a rollback issue i didn’t even do anything at all. it suddenly shows in my screen that it has a rollback issue and I can’t play the other levels anymore and i just waste the gems that is so hard to earn. It happened in 4 restaurants I bought and it really makes me upset because the gems is very expensive and so hard to earn and it got wasted because of that. that’s why i quit playing this games it’s kinda problematic game.

The game is great and really addictive because it doesn’t play ads unnecessarily but ever since the most recent update, it keeps playing ad after ad after ad and it’s hard to stay in the groove now plus the game hangs so much.

Fun but it’s REALLY HARD to earn gems
It became boring when I noticed how hard it was to get gems. Right now, I can no longer upgrade any stuff, which makes it difficult to level up.
Addicting but hard to earn gems
When I was a kid I always loved this game and now as a young adult this was the first game that I downloaded as soon as I got my IPad. Another reason is that I saw my aunt got so good and addicted. to it. Later on, I realized why she kept playing on that level because she want to earn more money for the gems. I kept thinking why every upgrade needs gem even the interior needed sone gems ;-; the casino one does not help at all because it’ll make u broke :(( Can u guys lessen the difficulty to earn gems like for example a costumer will pay u coins, tips & gems hehe thankyouu!
