Ive been playing this game off and on for many years, one thing that always seems to be a problem is the developers being extremely money HUNGRY. Theres only really two types of in-game currency, and thats coins and gems.
Coins are extremely easy to get and all you have to do is farm them or just play levels and you will be a millionaire after an hour or two.
Gems are almost impossible to get and Ive never got past 50 in my bank. I only ever got that high because I redownloaded the game and it rewarded me because I hadn't played in forever.
I do give the developers credit for giving more ways to get these gems over the years BUT its like they never play tested how easily it is to get these gems. Theres many ways to receive gems, whether that be leveling up or getting them from the casino, but that doesn't mean it makes it easier. Its like the developers don't want you to play their game, because currently I cant. I know I cant beat the rest of the levels because my items aren't upgraded enough to do so.
Not having gems is a huge problem, because once you get another restaurant, you cannot upgrade barely ANYTHING with just coins. They all require at least 3-9 gems. That is a LOT OF GEMS. The pricing to buy gems isn't even worth it either, there was a deal to buy 60 gems for $7. All of those gems would be gone in a matter of minutes.
I hope they eventually make easier ways to get gems so that I can ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME!! I WANT to play but I CANT. And I am NOT paying money in a free virtual game. Especially not in this economy, nuh uh, no sir

I hate the ads that sometimes run as soon as you finish a level everything else with the game is fine

So im playing levels, I see “invite a friend to get 25 gems” I invite my friend EMILY, she does 10 levels and I get ZERO GEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT KIND OF GAME IS THIS? WHERE YOU LIE TO YOUR FELLOW GAMERS??!?!!?
Great game! But the price for stuff.
The time and stuff is like real life! One problem is that for the items it’s way too pricey! Cause why would I pay 5 gems for cupcakes?

Okay, first off, AMAZING🤩 game! So addicting and fun. The only reason this rating is not a 5 is because of the gems 💎. They are so hard to get and are necessary for the upgrades. I know that’s how they make money 💰💵🤑💲and stuff, but, maybe just a few more gems 💎 when you win the casino 🎰 (which like never happens 🙄😑)? Again, amazing game. 4.9/10. Misleading in app purchases
I love time management games and this one was a hit for a while. I made my first in app purchase because the shop menu stated making any purchase would remove the forced ads from the game. What they do not mention is that it is only for a limited time. I contact customer support when the ads returned thinking there was an error. When told this I asked how long a purchase would remove the ads from the game and couldn’t get a straight answer.
Edit; thank you developer for your response. Please see previous mentions where I have ALREADY reached out to support and received no actual answers. Your support team could not even tell me how long ads would be removed for. Please reply publicly and answer that question.

Great game, minor issues
This is a great game. I love to play it, but there is one problem that kinda gets on my nerves. In the Bakery, evryone comes wanting a smoothie and you can only serve 1 at a time with a level 1 machine. You need to buy money to be able to earn 3 stars.

I love this game it’s a tu ice. Except I’ve noticed some kinda bug fixes that has to be done; so sometimes the costumers leave when their time isn’t finish yet which doesn’t leave me the time to give their meal. So it makes me a bit frustrated when I hurry to give them and they just leave. Except this I love the game it’s very entertaining. I recommend!
