Love the app, Very user friendly. Way better than the competitors. I don’t do business with IAAI because of their terrible app.

Need a way to search for 12 passenger van despite make model

Keeps freezing, crashing, or otherwise reverting to an out of date credit card every time I try to update membership, still working on a way around that

Some things are better on the web, some are better on the app. But it’s decent!

Its not even worth the hassle.

I don’t know it seems like it’s the 40 time that I’ve been kicked out of this stupid app. This time my passport expired. I’m sure they have their reasons, but I haven’t been ripped off because somebody got my password or somebody got into my account. I’ve just lost my account because I continually have to do stupid things to login. Other things are depressing about this app, but this is what I deal with the most. not being able to sign in. Or jumping through stupid idiotic hoops. I am not looking for help please do not respond.

I haven’t used the app to buy/bid on anything yet but when searching it’s very inconvenient when searching the year of vehicles to scroll from 0 to say 2011, maybe make keyboard numbers pop up or have both starting and ending year range search start 2024-2025
