Payment issues for Nigerian users
Copart has a very large number of users from Nigeria, it’s very shameful that even with all the complaints laid out, they still aren’t able to address the payment solutions. Nigerian buyers can only do wire transfer which the CBN limits to $10,000 wire daily . buyers pay lots of storage and late payment fees on cars because they are unable to get their money across to copart due to these issues! Please try and do better. Nigerian cards don’t work on copart. Have an office in Lagos with an exchanger if possible. We can easily pay!

Green circle light review
The green circle light which indicates you are winning shouldn’t roll more than once. It should only roll once and the winner wins the bid and not rolling twice which will give another person the chance to place another bid.
DISSAPPOINTED
I deposited $300 for increased buy power it’s been 3 days and my money is yet to reflect, your app keeps generated payment due invoice in my account without my payment reflect, this is so disappointing and unacceptable with Copart! SMH.

App is crashing after recent update
App is crashing especially on iPhone. U search for lot and it says lot doesnt exist while the lot is about to be sold or exist. Please this problem start after your recent update. You need to fix it!
