I originally signed up for Core Club after getting injured from snowboarding 2 years ago. My doc recommended only low impact workouts so i decided to give core club a try. I thought there was no way i would like this because it’s all virtual and “how hard can online low impact classes be” (since i used to be a HIIT, heavy weight lifting girlie). I was wrong. Amanda’s mat pilates are challenging and effective and fun all at the same time (she’s pretty funny). I love her energy and the way she explains correct form is easily understandable. I’ve tried mat pilates at my gym and let me tell you… the 1 hour pilates at my gym doesn’t even compare to the 15-25 minute “quickie” workouts Amanda puts you through!! She’s also responsive on instagram and is willing to give suggestions to tweak form depending on your injury, etc. Overall - would HIGHLY recommend. I wish I could come to one of her classes.

Fantastic Pilates Classes
Amanda is a wonderful teacher, cues appropriately, while pushing herself and her students so the body is well challenged. I’ve been taking Pilates for years, and after a 6 month pause I’ve resumed with this app. It feels amazing. Amanda has one of the best teaching styles I’ve found.
Also, anyone with low back issues - after 3 weeks of Pilates (years ago) at 3 times per week, I ceased having any more back pain. I had been at the chiropractor 3 times a week prior. Pilates is a game changer!
A home workout series I actually WANT to commit to
I’ve tried SO many online platforms for Pilates/Barre and have not been able to honestly say I enjoy them enough to stick with it. I love the core club work outs, they are challenging and I love the way Amanda teaches the classes. So glad I found this :) xx

I have tried a few online workout programs during Qurantine. Core club by Amanda is just the best. She is a real master in her area and her workouts and direction lead to amazing results!!! I truly look forward to her videos multiple times a week!!!
