Useless support team ‼️
Been using the app for quiet a while & having a premium account, then all of the sudden I could not access my account. I e-mail their support team & they took soooooo long to reply, it was like I PAID to make my account for NOTHING. I can't use my account for weeks! USELESS SUPPORT TEAM!!!!
: Disappointing Experience with Course Hero Tutors
My experience with Course Hero has been disappointing. It seems most tutors rely on AI to solve assignments without even reading the questions carefully. Paying for a subscription only to receive automated, incorrect answers feels like a waste. Additionally, tutors often send direct emails soliciting their services for exorbitant fees. The use of AI to generate answers results in inaccuracies and plagiarism issues. This lack of personalized and genuine assistance makes the platform unreliable for academic support.
After 2 years of Unsubscribing they charge me $169
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP THE WILL STILL YOUR MONEY AND YOU CANT UNSUBSCRIBE WITHOUT THEM TAKING YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!
SCAMMERS
I payed money for the app it started off good and then you guys refused to answer my questions saying verification required even when I verified my phone number so many time it’s still loading you guys didn’t submit my questions and aren’t verifying my number too so weird..
Stole my Notes and Didn’t Give Credits
The site showed Accepted then gives an error like 2 hours later that says “Your documents and rewarded unlocks were removed due to a Terms of Use violation.” Garbage app, total scam. STAY AWAY!!!
Disgusting
I bought the $100 premium and signed in to my account just for them to ask me to sign in and repay again. This is a trash app.
Non refundable
They just charge you 1 day before your subscription end and its non refundable.
ITS A SCAM STAY AWAY
The only reason I subscribed was because the app showed notes from my course and I needed to subscribe to unlock but I quickly found out it was just a scam. Gonna write a blog about it to expose them.
