Useless. Tried course hero for an assessment and the availability document was just the question paper.

I worked here as a tutor. I had a helpful rating of 100% from students. Worked for 2.5 years. One fine day they disabled my tutor account without paying me my pending earnings. They don’t even reply to emails. It’s a total fraud company. So think before you invest your hard owned money for this app. There are better options go for copilot or Chegg instead.

Please don’t join as tutor in this app. Up to the payment time there were no issue, as soon as your payment become due they will revoke your account without saying any reason. They won’t even respond to your mails. Please don’t waste your time on this fake app

Hey Hello sir /madam, I am working as a tutor expert in course hero. At morning i saw something done to my account and i can't open my tutor account. After some time i checked mail box and i got a mail that your account is temporarily disabled and you have to submit your video for identity proof.I submited all of the required identification proof and mailed them .And again i got a mail your account is permanently disabled.They are saying that i violated the terms but i didn't do anything i swear. I has 90% helpfull rating from students they love my answers tooz And in my course hero account they are 60$ pending and they didn't me also. What is this scam / fraud . I worked day and night for hours and hours sitting and answering questions.And i earned those money with lot of struggle. now they deactivated my account permanently. Its not fair for us .They are so many people are stressed from this scam . So avoid course hero better to go for chegg or any another platform . Thank you

They don’t even pay to their tutors. They don’t even understand how much tutors put their effort and time. Disgusting…

An absolute scamming company. It doesn’t pay it’s tutors, revokes or bans their account abruptly for some “unknown” reason. Doesn’t even pay the remaining money.

I have posted questions for tutor answers and nobody is answering in emergency.. even i mailed to coursehero so many times but they are only linger on the things.. it doesn’t work if you have any emergency

They disabled my tutor account for no reason and told to upload required information to re-enable but they didn’t respond even I did exactly how they directed. Not only this, they didn’t reply to any of my emails (I was hopefully waiting). I reached out to course hero twitter and the best they could do was to block me from there. I got helpful ratings by the students for my answers, course hero didn’t even let me withdraw what I deserve. I had high hopes for course hero and recommended using it to many of my acquaintances but it’s extremely disappointing to see how they treat their tutors(I came across to other tutors’ similar concerns). I’ll never recommend it to anyone. Think before you apply to be a tutor here!
