This app is missing so many features. Including subscription management. It is constantly directing you towards their website. You cannot manage your subscription in the App Store.

I find the overall content here has really TOP quality, few levels higher than any other online educative platforms I have ever tried. All instructots are soo “catchy”, they teach from very bottom of their soul, and they somehow pull you in. It feels like you really WANT to DO all the stuff you have just learned. It feels like it all makes deep sense. I am very grateful for this project. And if I ever write a book, it will be thanks to MasterClass with Salman Rushdie and Margret Atwood.

After the last update, all videos are downloaded for off-line use even three times and they take three times as much space in my phone.

If you like listening to people blather about nothing, very slowly, then these classes might be for you. Otherwise, save your money. These courses are nothing but celebrities and pseudo-experts talking just to talk while they regurgitate a handful of basic facts most people already know. The rest is pure filler. If I were to write down everything I learned it *might* be one bullet point per course I sat through. But these are neither entertaining nor engaging courses, so nothing is there to make up for the lack of actual information.

Masterclass will feed your curiosity as you increase your development on a personal and/or a professional level.

I have been using the MasterClass app to learn, but my experience has been far from smooth. While the content is decent, it doesn’t live up to the hype and feels mediocre compared to the platform’s premium pricing and reputation. The app itself is riddled with problems, the most frustrating of which is its inability to handle sleep mode properly. Unlike apps like Netflix and YouTube that seamlessly continue streaming, the MasterClass app disconnects from Chromecast after 20-50 minutes of playback. This isn’t just a minor bug; it reflects poor app design and inadequate testing. It’s disappointing that developers have failed to address these fundamental issues, and it’s even more concerning that Apple approved such a poorly developed app for the App Store. This outdated and glitchy experience is unacceptable for a platform of this stature. I strongly urge the developers to fix these problems as soon as possible. A proper sleep mode integration, better connectivity stability, and overall performance optimization are desperately needed. Until then, it’s hard to recommend this app, especially for those who expect a smooth and professional experience from an educational platform.

Beware, if you don’t cancel within the right window of time they make it difficult to cancel.

Be cautious, got this as a gift last year and was auto charged for another year without warning. Very poor customer service.
