Literal perfection. Very accurate tracking, very easy to log your food, multiple portion options, and best of all theres a bar code scanners. BOOM instant data without writing anything. Food not logged into the system. Log it yourself and they will review it and put that food into the data base for everyone. Genuinely a perfect app for tracking food.

Guys i freaking love this app, I track my macros / micros everyday, and I love how easy it is to just look at the types of foods yo are eating, and what type of macros / micros you are underdosing. Also an amazing app for us people on ketogenic diets, the net carbs tracking is awesome. But, I have a big suggestion, you guys should implement It, and why I didn’t give the app 5 stars. When you track something like omega 3’s, or iron, sometimes you may get like 70-80% of that iron, OR omega 3 from sources that are poorly converted into actual material. for example, the ALA in omega 3’s has a poor conversion rate of about 1% to EPA and 5-10% to DHA, OR non heme iron, which gets used only about 20-30%, and when the user sees that he got, lets say 12grams of non heme iron, he things his intake is sufficient, or 10 grams of omega 3 from flax seeds, when in fact it is not, because it is poorly converted, and it tricks user into underdosing the amounts and thinking that they are sufficient. So my suggestion is, you either dissect these minerals, vitamins into their parts, like non heme, or heme iron, or omega 3 that is ALA, EPA , DHA, or you just convert them seperately, into that, and show the actual amount you got that was absorbed and used.

I tried so many apps.l - paid and free. I love: the fast barcode scanner, the fantastic database, the tools you built in (copying days, making custom recipes, etc) are equally fantastic feature. I have health issues and I’m trying to convey to my doctor granular details about diet and this one it is the best!!! Thank you for making this app.… just awesome.

This app does not sync your exercise with your iWatch or your iPhone health app. This is nothing more than a journal for the food you eat. You can do that with a piece of paper and a pen.
