One big drawback

I have been playing this game daily for over 6 years and I have asked repeatedly to have the hints bar moved to the top away from the keyboard. I am sick to death of wasting coins by accidentally clicking on them Still nothing has changed and still I waste coins on unwanted help. I would rather keep them until I really need help

Too American

I enjoy playing but too much of the content is geared towards the Americans. Makes it hard for players from other countries to compete. We don’t know your American senators, sportspeople etc.

Great everyday puzzle game, with different themes. However please don’t switch “show me the wrong tiles” on automatically - I like to chose when to use my coins. Thanks !

How to downgrade a good product

I assume the coders have discovered a method to un-improve their software. While I agree with trying to make improvements in any program I think your latest effort went in exactly the opposite direction OR the reviewers were sadly slack. One of my gripes - when I login and want to start my puzzle I now have to navigate more screens. Why do I have to acknowledge that I want to claim my bonus when that is the only way to proceed? Surely there could be a text box on the home page that states the bonus. Then I am given the option to play a game from the distant past to get more bonus points - bear in mind I have opened the app with the intention of playing a crossword (I just realised maybe the writers have taken the title to heart as I am now very cross). Usually at this stage the app locks up which is good as I can restart the app and don’t have to go through so much guff. Maybe the opening screen could give only two options 1 - play crossword or 2 - waste time with other stuff. It is still a good product (some stuff like who had the biggest strike outs in the 5th round of the 1963 World Series; is a tad different for an Aussie. ) but don’t loose sight of your original goal.

A fun app but super buggy

Keyboard is temperamental and often puts in a different letter then the one chosen. Sending gifts is broken. Send one to a friend then it never changes from ‘gift sent’ even when they’ve opened it. Friends send me gifts and I never receive them. Too many adverts. I play the free crossword each day but it’s frustrating as hell.

Can’t access support

Hi I can only find faqs, my question is very different. When I started playing I used my married name. I left him & changed my name, wanting nothing more to do with him. I changed my name in the app. However every time I open the app it displays the original name for at least 5 seconds, then changes to the correct name. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Signing out & back in. This is definitely adversely affecting my game play. How can this be fixed?

Too americanised

I used to enjoy this game but I find it’s not worth playing as all the questions are based on America there are a lot of other countries that like to play who don’t know sport stars it’s a real turn off how about a few English questions Australian etc
