I purchased a 50 dollar coin pack and an upgrade to premium membership at about the same time. After the purchase I started to notice that the app stops completely every time I finished a game. I had to turn off the phone and restart it in order to play another crossword. I tried the app’s trouble shooting tricks but to no avail. So I asked for refunds . I got refund for the premium membership but was declined for the 50 dollar coin pack. I feel totally dissatisfied as I wasn’t even given a reason nor a suggested solution! I still have more than 5000 coins to grind me.

Why is the see wrong always on now. If I try to turn it off like I used to it takes 20 coins. I don’t want it on!! I changed my setting to not have it on but it still is. If this continues, I’ll just delete the app. I’ve played this for years but this is a deal breaker for me. For the last few days the game has not awarded me coins. Today I should have been given 14 coins for playing and they didn’t show up in my coins. This has happened more than once when I should have been given coins. Coin problem still not fixed!

Got up 2 days ago, and noticed I was playing under another name. Siddha or something. When I tried to log back on. I lost all of my progress. My points, my rank, all my friends, all my puzzle packs. Everything!!! I had to start back at zero. With nothing! Not a very happy camper. I have been a dedicated customer for years!

This week I’ve done 5 Saturday puzzle to get points for the bonus smarty pants Saturday and have yet to be credited any points ! At times your puzzle is a joke, at times gets real glitzy and lags, done get coins or prizes for completing tasks ! Time to clean this app up and constantly playable

The app has been glitching for the last few days. My game won’t fully load and anytime I complete a puzzle it doesn’t move on from completion. I have to close and return to the app to do another puzzle. My iOS update is current, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times as well as restarted my phone a couple times. Help!!

I’ve noticed when I log on the app and accept my daily reward which is 5 coins per day I would assume that I would be rewarded these coins. But it turned out not to be the case being that I have to watch long ad videos to gain 5 coins. To the developers please don’t respond back if you’re not going to fix the problem. You guys hand feed people the same story as if it’s going to change.

I don’t mind putting up with short ads, I know they need revenue. However, the new ad styles that require multiple attempts to close them just frustrate me and guarantee I won’t ever use their services. I will stop using your app if you continue this absolutely absurd practice.
