The app is so easy to use! You just download it and you choose your level of workout. It tells you what exercise you are doing before you start and then you have a rest in between. I love it because it is not complicated at all!

Overall I like the app, but what I noticed when I was doing my workout just now was that the voice guide was skipping numbers so that and issue that needs to be addressed. Other than that I like the app
