Please avoid this scam. I got my trading account locked with my money for about two months now. The worst customer care service ever! They keep on passing the ball between each other without solving the issue. I am going to go to Singapore to take legal action against this con artists. P.S. Funniest thing is that their trading app keeps on sending me marketing emails but not sending the links with login codes so that I cannot login to my trading account. And to fix this issue they requested me to send a video recording of my self holding my passport and other documents. Here is how they waste your time and keep your money stuck in their account: Keep asking for more details every time you contact their customer service representatives and keep buying more time. Time is money! And the traders keep losing their money and time so they keep on staking our money to make more money. What a scam!!!

Issues are never solved and customer service are like robots. Everyone repeats the same script.

I have been a investor on Crypto.com exchange it’s good beyond the fact that I get a message that comes up telling me to answer a limit on my account due to Canadian LAWS . This has happened now 4 months in when I have answered this at the account sign up process 4 months ago and I received the account on exchange. Hoping you can figure out what is going on and why I get this message . I haven’t even come close to the limit yet so why I’m receiving this msg again with a error and not being able to use exchange is quite frustrating process.

Parfait pour utiliser le graphique sur le téléphone et Trader sans avoir besoins d’un ordinateur. Seul point négatif on peut pas enregistrer les modifications apporter au graphique et il se pourrais qui y aille des moments de latence.

I love this exchange, but I hate that I am forced to first use the wallet to buy a coin at sometimes 3% more in USD than market price- on top of that, the wallet doesn’t give the exact exchange rate on CAD/USD …. Like I’m not actually making a foreign currency exchange, so there should be no spread- stablecoins are just another cryptocurrency, so they should be giving exact rate as forex values of any given currency.

Great app, but… Main reason Im not using crypto.com for active trading is lack of dedicated iPad version. PC trading is so old-school. You need iPad. Also, please include DCA basket in the app. I cant see my basket DCA bot performance and act on it from the app. It is very risky to create a basket while you can’t monitor it.

The interface and graphing options are second to none. It would be nice to see some better bot options, including customization and being able to toggle to current markets while looking at the bots.

Still last update, no fractions for unit of crypto !! No (0.1) (0.01…..)

Application doesn’t show your dollar cost average for your assets. Which is very ridiculous for this kind of professional trading platform. And your trading history section is very complicated they should also improve that.
