Asked to fill out forms to transfer money to a private wallet. Transfers that had already been made without a hitch. What is the point in online app convenience if you are asked to justify why you are moving your own crypto to another of your own wallets.

Verification process in this app is bugy. Its not working as it should. Im disapointed how many tīmes i have to resubmit my data, why dont you just fix the process of acceptance? Or remove this bluring effect and dont confuse your new clients… terrible experience…

I consider this company to be scammers. My husband's account was blocked for no reason. He sent funds to his account by bank transfer, and did not even make any transactions. To all his requests to return his funds, which he simply kept there, there was only one answer - ignoring. I do not advise anyone to use the company's services, because at any time your money can be frozen for you without any reason.

I’ve been with Crypto pay for many years now, other exchanges have come and gone but they are rock solid and never seem to have any down time. The app is dead easy to use and works flawlessly and above all the support you get from them is polite, personal and friendly and efficient. I certainly can’t say the same from any other exchange. Keep up the great work!
