The app is how I connect to news from back home. Every day. Somedays the whole prior day’s National Newscast is missing (27/1/2023). Once a month or more the full broadcast is missing but the 7-9 individual stories are posted. This might be poor human processes behind the app. The app itself freezes and sometimes abends altogether. Sometimes I have to use my VPN to mimic being in Canada or the US; other times it won’t work unless I terminate my VPN. This is a lifeline. I can’t ditch it but the app is unstable, unpredictable, and the experience is one of inefficient design (e.g., number of clicks to watch the National news day-after-day). Bell Media, fix this! You’d had the money if you hadn’t treated LaFlame shamefully.
