Hey I just want to actually READ the news please. The auto-play videos are commercial laden, slow to load with needlessly high resolution, and take up too much screen realestate. If I want a video I can click on a link. I’m another of a huge number to voice this complaint.
No option to find the daily poll. For something where one would expect the public. To respond to, you gave hidden it well. You might find you get a better response if it was prominent. Or do you care about you’d viewers’ opinion?
What’s the point of uploading the news at six if you upload it the next day? Pathetic. Should be uploaded within 15 minutes after the show airs
I can’t stand the constant auto play adverts and stories. So frustrating.

Always has old stories from days ago never updated news.
The clothes on the anchors on the Kitchener news is horrible , who on earth dresses them
I count on CTV news coverage wherever I am, whether at home or travelling abroad. Detailed and accurate information is what we expect, as weather, traffic and public safety is essential as we go to work or plan events. Thanks for your excellent reporting of our news.

The fact that ads come on full volume when I have my sound muted ensures that I will be exploring other apps to get my news. An inquiry to CTV asking how to stop this from happening was ignored. Between the consistent spelling mistakes in articles to this new full volume advertising, I am incredibly underwhelmed with this app.
