Non intuitive App UI & lag’s behind Web UI
Too much expensive subscription plan yet failed to provide intuitive UI experience. Also, it is quit difficult to access contents in app if compared to website. Urgent need of revamped user experience to feel attached with the app. Need to implement date wise categories for contents offered in app & web based service. Reducing rating to two stars because of failure in ease of use and pricing. Will revise it if curio managed to take prompt actions in these parts also.
