With the Daikin Mobile Controller application in combination with the plug-and-play wireless LAN device and an active internet connection, you can manage the Daikin Room / Light commercial AC (Air-Conditioner) unit from anywhere, offering optimal climate control while saving energy.
The Daikin Mobile Controller application allows you to:
Basic operation
- Set operation: ON/OFF
- Set operation mode: Auto/Cool/Heat/Fan/Dry*
- Set temperature
- Set fan speed*
- Set airflow direction*
- Set special mode*
*Mode or feature that can be operated depend on the AC (Air-Conditioner) model.
Status monitoring:
- Monitor room temperature
- Monitor outdoor temperature

One of the worst app in this world being developed by the most expensive aircond brand, what kind of joke is this
Shockingly bad
That a company of this size, with industry-leading appliances, has the nerve to launch an app with blatant performance and design issues is very surprising. It is not that difficult to find 2 or 3 talented developers who can create a well-designed mobile app that looks modern and performs well. The Dyson and Philips Hue apps come to mind, and many others. Also, a native Apple iOS app and no Apple HomeKit integration? Overall, I am very disappointed and hope that app improves soon. Daikin, give your customers what they deserve. We pay a lot for your tech.
The app is great.
I am able to set my schedule through my phone. However, if I am able to customise the name of my devices based on my rooms, then I think it will worth all 5 stars.
Horribly wonky and design app
I won’t buy another Daikin AC because of the lack of care or design for this app. You need to log into the app again depending on whether you’re at home or outside. And it loads really slowly. Sometimes when you’re outside, it doesn’t display your AC even tho you’ve set it up properly. Just impossible if you want to set up a smart home.
USELESS EXPENSIVE JUNK
The app takes forever to load. You are better off doing it yourself than waiting for the 5 minutes before you can toggle anything. This app and “smart” functionality should be illegal!

Installed units and app. Tried and find it useful. Whether at home or outside, able to control it. Just that app abit laggy thus 4 stars
Laggy and limited
The App is very laggy and it is limited to local network. It is very difficult to set-up using WPS. 3rd party IR remote controls are much better.

Even paired and showing stable red light it keep showing me no unit found.I connected to the same wifi as the paired adapters
