No clear guidance on how to register a vehicle and start using app. Video guide images do not match app interface.

I cannot find out how you register a new car in the system

Can not make payment, haven’t even been able to add my card details and it gives error. Tried multiple times !! Very bad app developer

So often, the App does not open, when I am attempting to pay… I need to shut my phone and then reopen to start the App. Please look into this bug in your App.

Was g clear how to change language from Arabic to English. Couldn’t scan the card to save entering every digit. Couldn’t retrieve previous card details.

Unable to register a car and no instructions on how to do so

I registered for the app the day I bought a car. I set it to pay when I needed to park and pass through tolls but the app is too complicated to register and you are still fined even if you have money sitting there in you wallet. So I am very unhappy with the app. Also the instructions to register is not even there to help you to avoid being fined. Needs some work I think. Also you can’t contact anyone if you are abroad so you can’t get the help you need if you are on vacation or business. More work needs to be done to support new drivers to the country. It would be useful to do all this registration when you buy the car so there isn’t further difficulties.

Impossible to register vehicles… app doesn’t work as is supposed to!

Charges are too expensive given that you need to use a vehicle to travel anywhere in the UAE. No proper alternative services are available, lack of buses no metro etc. we pay all these fees/charges and the roads are still full of cars and traffic jams. Another poor decision made prior to fully understanding the situation before implementation.

Trying to input my car details debut the system won’t allow it…? Trying to request assistance to no avail….
